This is a very good scenario with a lot of detail. Andy has included a Word doc file with some background to the scenario...

"The River Humber makes a good industrial scenario. There are the steel works of Scunthorpe, the mining communities of the north bank, the power stations and oil refineries of the south bank, the oil rigs of the North Sea, the factories of Grimsby and Hull and the farmlands and forests of the Lincolnshire wolds. In addition it is great for the transportation of large number of passengers from the towns/cities of Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Hull, Scunthorpe and Lincoln."
